AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIREMENTS FOR THIRD-PARTY MEDICAID PAYMENT REIMBURSEMENTS, VENDOR PAYMENT STANDARDS IN THE LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND MEDICAID PAYMENTS FOR MATERNITY SERVICES. To (1) delete obsolete reporting requirements, (2) clarify liability of third-party private insurers and other obligors for the costs of certain medical assistance, (3) reduce from thirty to ten days the amount of time a fuel vendor participating in the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program shall be paid, and (4) establish bundled Medicaid payments for maternity services.
