AN ACT CONCERNING THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S PROPOSED REMEDIES FOR DEFICIENT LONG-TERM CARE. To establish civil penalties to be enforced by the Attorney General for deficient long-term care resulting in bodily injury or potential to result in bodily injury.
