AN ACT REQUIRING PARENTAL NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN EVENTS BY FACILITIES PROVIDING INPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES TO CHILDREN. To require inpatient psychiatric and behavioral health treatment facilities licensed by the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Public Health to notify parents and guardians of children receiving treatment in such facilities of certain circumstances and events in and concerning such facilities.
