AN ACT CONCERNING THE PLAN OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF CHILD CARE CENTERS NEAR CAMPUSES. To extend the deadline by which the Board of Regent's for Higher Education is required to submit a plan to increase the number and improve the quality of child care centers near campuses and to include additional requirements for such plan.
