AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF LOW EMBODIED CARBON CONCRETE IN STATE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. To reduce emissions associated with concrete in any state construction projects administered by the Departments of Administrative Services and Transportation in an effort to combat climate change.
