AN ACT CONCERNING STATE AGENCY COMPLAINTS REGARDING INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS TO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. To require state agencies to hold a hearing prior to contacting a social media platform to complain about an individual or group and to authorize such individual or group to appeal any adverse decision.
