AN ACT PROVIDING FOR OPTIONAL PAYMENT OF THE HEALTHY HOMES FUND SURCHARGE. To eliminate the requirement that insureds under certain homeowners insurance policies pay, and provide for optional payment of, the surcharge imposed pursuant to said section.
