AN ACT CONCERNING CONSUMER AGREEMENTS, CONSUMER BILLS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TICKETING. To: (1) Require any business that enters into a consumer agreement that contains an automatic renewal or continuous services provision to provide various consumer notices, and enable any consumer who enters into such an agreement online to terminate such agreement online; (2) require certain persons doing business in this state to provide bills to certain consumers in paper form; and (3) provide that certain persons doing business in this state shall not impose any charge or fee for providing bills to consumers in paper form.
