AN ACT CONCERNING HOME INSPECTIONS OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. To require a purchaser of residential property to obtain a home inspection of the property, including condominiums and other common interest ownership communities, by a licensed home inspector in this state, before the final sale of the residential property.
