AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF LEGAL COUNSEL IN A CRIMINAL MATTER TO A PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE. To (1) provide legal counsel to any person under the age of eighteen in a criminal or delinquency proceeding, and (2) make inadmissible in such proceedings any statements from a person under the age of eighteen, and any evidence derived from such statements, unless the person's attorney was present at the interview.
