AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE AND MEDICAID COVERAGE FOR THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE OBESITY. To require health insurance and Medicaid coverage for certain surgical procedures performed, and certain outpatient prescription drugs prescribed, to treat severe obesity.
