AN ACT CONCERNING FEES FOR CERTIFIED COPIES OF VITAL RECORDS SOUGHT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES FUND. To require the waiver of fees charged for certified copies of vital records sought in connection with a person's application for aid from the Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Fund.
