Connecticut House Bill
AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROMOTION OF LOTTERY WINNINGS. To require the Connecticut Lottery Corporation to (1) obtain written consent before publishing the photograph of a person who redeems a winning lottery ticket on the corporation's Internet web site, and (2) remove a person's name from the list of winners published on such Internet web site upon request.
