AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES BY ADULT ADOPTED PERSONS. To grant access to original birth records to all adopted persons eighteen years of age or older who were born in Connecticut regardless of date of birth.
