AN ACT CONCERNING A LANDLORD'S ABILITY TO CONSIDER THE CRIMINAL RECORD OF PROSPECTIVE TENANTS. To require the Commissioner of Housing to adopt regulations concerning a limited time period for which a landlord may consider the criminal record of a prospective tenant.
