AN ACT CONCERNING MORTGAGE FORBEARANCE AND CRUMBLING CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS. To require certain residential mortgage loans to include a provision requiring the mortgagee to grant a request of a mortgagor for forbearance, provided the mortgagor submits certain documentation to the mortgagee.
