AN ACT CONCERNING THE DIVERSION OF PERSONS FROM THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM TO THE CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES. To provide that any person in the care and custody of the Department of Developmental Services be diverted at the time of an arrest from the judicial system back to the direct custody of the Department of Developmental Services.
