AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF CIGARETTES, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS BY HEALTH CARE FACILITIES, PHARMACIES AND PLACES OF BUSINESS WITH A PHARMACY LOCATED THEREIN. To prohibit the sale of cigarettes, tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products by health care facilities, pharmacies and places of business with a pharmacy located therein.
