AN ACT CONCERNING HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICIES AND COVERAGE FOR THE PERIL OF COLLAPSE. To require homeowners insurance policies to provide coverage for the peril of collapse and mitigation undertaken to prevent all or part of the covered dwelling from falling down or caving in.
