AN ACT CONCERNING LIVING ORGAN DONOR INSURANCE DISCRIMINATION. To: (1) Prohibit certain insurers from discriminating against an individual solely because the individual is a living organ donor; and (2) provide that such discrimination constitutes a violation of the Connecticut Unfair Insurance Practices Act.
