AN ACT CONCERNING THE COPYING OF PUBLIC RECORDS UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT WITH A HAND-HELD SCANNER. To reduce the fee for copying public records and eliminate the fee for copying records that are not land records with a camera, cell phone or portable scanner.
