AN ACT CONCERNING PREQUALIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION OF STATE CONTRACTORS AND SUBSTANTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS FOR STATE CONTRACTS. To prohibit any contractor or subcontractor found to have violated certain statutory provisions from receiving prequalification for a period of three years, to disqualify certain contractors that have violated wage provisions for three years and to require the use of prequalified substantial subcontractors for certain contracts.
