AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR CERTAIN VETERANS' BENEFITS. To include initial active duty for training purposes to be counted as qualifying service for veterans' benefits eligibility for operators' licenses, veteran designation on license plates and college credit for military training.
