This bill seeks to give unfair advantage to large hotel businesses. Whereas, large hotels can quickly absorb a short term loss of one room due to a cancellation, a single use hotel or member of a platform would not be able to rebook on a 24 hour short notice prior to usage. The bill is too restrictive and needs to be amended to put a cancellation notice further out on the timeline to allow small business to recoup from a loss due to cancellation.
