As an impacted Maternal Grandmother violated via cps, aka Monterey County Children and Families services this bill is not enough there is systematic fraud going on withing this agency NATIONWIDE, for the federal funds they get from our SSA TRUST FUND, that should be defunded, it has only incentivized this agency to wrongfully remove children, we have zero miranda rights this agency can make up anything they want to take a child isn't even substantiated by a criminal investigation instead cps is committing perjury to remove children then they do not follow their own policy and procedure manuals, California is being sued in the MILLIONS ON WRONGFUL REMOVALS OF COURSE ALL SETTLED OUT OF COURT if there is alleged abuse then it should go to the DA and an investigation done, if their are no findings of criminal child abuse then there is not Disposition or Jurisdictional hearing, this agency is ROQUE no transparency read the 9th circuit CALIFORNIA FEDERAL RIGHTS TO LIE OPINION, you are on notice now that there are much larger important issues to address than this tiny little bill. We the PEOPLE ARE TIRED and will be filing more and more lawsuits do something
