Comments on SB 866

I want my children to know what vaccines my grandchildren are getting. My children work hard to keep my grandchildren healthy and they do not need mysterious complications of unknown vaccinations, which my children would be responsible to deal with. When I go in for a check up, I regularly feel pressured to get vaccinated. I am not told the side effects, only how it will prevent disease. Doctors, pharmaceutical companies and county health clinics do not take responsibility for health problems resulting from vaccinations. The parents are responsible and they need to know when their children are getting vaccinated.

Children that are 12 years old are in no position to determine if a vaccine is right for them. This is way too young to allow a minor to make huge decisions on what’s best for their body. Parents need to be involved in decisions minors make until they’re 18 years old
Ashley Dondlinger wrote 4 months ago

12 is not nor will it ever be a proper age of consent.
Ron Fischer wrote 4 months ago

This is absurd, no 12 year old is capable of making this decision, this is up to the parents.
