- Senate Bill 792, amending the Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act, referred to the Committee on Regulatory Affairs.
- Senate Bill 793, establishing plant rehabilitation districts, referred to the Committee on Regulatory Affairs.
- Senate Bill 794 and Senate Bill 795, both amending landlord-tenant relationship regulations, referred to the Committee on Housing and Human Services.
Senator Singh then moved to proceed with the order of resolutions. Senate Resolution No. 97 was introduced to designate February 19, 2026, as Conductive Education Day, which was adopted after a brief discussion led by Senator Huizenga, who highlighted the importance of conductive education for individuals with neuromotor disabilities.
The House transmitted House Concurrent Resolution No. 5 for a joint convention, which was also adopted.
Senator Singh moved to proceed with the order of third reading of bills. Senate Bill 590, which amends civil liability laws for emergency care, passed with 34 votes in favor. Senate Bill 591, regulating health clubs regarding medical emergencies, passed with 34 votes in favor after an amendment proposed by Senator Runstead was not adopted.
Senate Bill 583, amending revenue collection duties of the Department of Treasury, passed with 32 votes in favor. Senate Bill 584, amending the Income Tax Act of 1967, passed with 33 votes in favor.
Senator Victory shared a light-hearted statement about a curling challenge with Senator Camilleri, which ended in a friendly competition.
