The Senate of Virginia adopted budget amendment #3s in item 295, which will provide critical funding for a Medicaid and Department of Health work group to identify barriers that prevent midwives from contracting with managed care organizations. This email will be sent to the small group of Delegates and Senators who were appointed to negotiate a final budget agreement.
