Help SB165 Pass the House!

What is SB165?
SB165 Economic Mobility Initiative creates the REACH initiative (Raising Expectations through Accountability, Community, and Hope) - a civic infrastructure framework to support community-based partnerships across Utah that transform neighborhoods and create lasting pathways out of poverty.

This bill would create a powerful infrastructure that will significantly improve outcomes for Utah’s children and families.
