A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to children; repealing a provision
2 authorizing specified minors to consent to tobacco
3 cessation treatment; repealing a provision authorizing
4 vaccination or medical treatment of a minor child without
5 parental consent as specified; and providing for an
6 effective date.

8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

10 Section 1. W.S. 14-1-101(b)(vi) and 35-4-113(b)(i)
11 are repealed.

13 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2024.
