1 AN ACT relating to the Medical Assistance and Services Act;
2 authorizing payment for services rendered by a licensed
3 pharmacist under the Medical Assistance and Services Act;
4 and providing for an effective date.

6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

8 Section 1. W.S. 42-4-103(a) by creating a new
9 paragraph (xxxiv) is amended to read:
10
11 42-4-103. Authorized services and supplies.
12
13 (a) Services and supplies authorized for medical
14 assistance under this chapter include:

1 (xxxiv) The professional services of a licensed
2 pharmacist.

4 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2021.
