A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to pari-mutuel wagering; repealing a
2 condition restricting the Wyoming gaming commission's
3 authority to permit simulcast racing within one hundred
4 miles of a permitted premise; and providing for an
5 effective date.

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

9 Section 1. W.S. 11-25-102(a)(vii)(C) is repealed.

11 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2021.
