A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to education; withdrawing from the
2 interstate compact for education; and providing for an
3 effective date.

5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

7 Section 1. W.S. 21-16-301 and 21-16-302 are repealed.

9 Section 2. The secretary of state of Wyoming shall
10 transmit a copy of this act to the education commission of
11 the states.

1 Section 3. This act is effective immediately upon
2 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
3 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
4 Constitution.
