Wind tax exemption-repeal.

A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to the tax on production of energy from
2 wind resources; repealing the three year tax exemption on
3 energy production; specifying applicability; and providing
4 for an effective date.

6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

8 Section 1. W.S. 39-22-105(b) is repealed.

10 Section 2. The three (3) year tax exemption provided
11 in W.S. 39‑22‑105(b) as repealed by section 1 of this act
12 shall apply as provided in that subsection to any turbine
13 that first produced electricity for sale prior to the
14 effective date of this act.
