1 A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to
3 the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation –
4 Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, fund 6675, fiscal year 2024, organization
5 0608, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June
6 30, 2024.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated
2 balance in the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation –
3 Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, fund 6675, fiscal year 2024, organization 0608,
4 that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which is hereby
5 appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to fund 6675, fiscal
2 year 2024, organization 0608, be supplemented and amended by decreasing existing items of
3 appropriation as follows:
