1 A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30,
3 2023, to Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Economic Development Authority, fund
4 8893, fiscal year 2023, organization 0944, by supplementing and amending the
5 appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
6 Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure in
7 the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
8 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to fund 8893, fiscal
2 year 2023, organization 0944, be supplemented and amended by adding a new item of
3 appropriation as follows:

NOTE: The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, and add a new item of appropriation in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2023.
