1 AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to
3 Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service Commission – Consumer
4 Advocate Fund, fund 8627, fiscal year 2023, organization 0926, by supplementing and
5 amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
6 Whereas, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated
7 balance in Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service Commission – Consumer
8 Advocate Fund, fund 8627, fiscal year 2023, organization 0926, that is available for expenditure
9 during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this
10 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to fund 8627, fiscal
2 year 2023, organization 0926 be supplemented and amended by increasing existing items of
3 appropriation as follows:
