1 A BILL to amend and reenact §64-10-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to
2 authorizing the West Virginia Department of Economic Development to promulgate a
3 legislative rule relating to Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business
4 Technology Transfer Matching Funds Program.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 10. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE TO
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-10-1. West Virginia Department of Economic Development.
1 The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2022, authorized under the
2 authority of §5B-8-2 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Department of Economic
3 Development to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled
4 in the State Register on November 1, 2022, relating to the West Virginia Department of Economic
5 Development (Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer
6 Matching Funds Program, 145 CSR 15), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Department of Economic Development to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Matching Funds Program.
