1 A BILL supplementing and amending by increasing an existing appropriation of federal funds out
2 of the Treasury to the Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, National Coal Heritage
3 Authority, fund 8869, fiscal year 2022, organization 0941, by supplementing and amending
4 an appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure
2 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
3 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 8869, fiscal
2 year 2022, organization 0941, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
