1 Whereas, The Governor submitted to the Legislature the Executive Budget Document,
2 dated February 10, 2021, which included a Statement of the State Fund, General Revenue,
3 setting forth therein the cash balance as of July 1, 2020, and further included an estimate of
4 revenues for the fiscal year 2021, less net appropriation balances forwarded and regular
5 appropriations for the fiscal year 2021; and
1 Whereas, The Governor submitted to the Legislature an Executive Message dated June

2 7, 2021, which included a revised estimate of revenues for the State Fund, General Revenue,
3 and a Statement of the State Fund, General Revenue, for the fiscal year 2021; and
4 Whereas, The Governor submitted to the Legislature an Executive Message dated June
5 24, 2021, which included a revised estimate of revenues for the State Fund, General Revenue,
6 and a Statement of the State Fund, General Revenue for the fiscal year 2021; and
1 Whereas, It appears from the Statement of the State Fund, General Revenue, and the
2 Executive messages, there remains an unappropriated balance in the State Treasury which is
3 available for appropriation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

2 year 2021, organization 0100, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
