1 A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public monies out of the Treasury from
2 the balance of monies remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to the
3 Department of Education, State Board of Education – School Construction Fund, fund 3952,
4 fiscal year 2022, organization 0404, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the
5 fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated
2 balance in the Department of Education, State Board of Education – School Construction Fund,
3 fund 3952, fiscal year 2022, organization 0404, that is available for expenditure during the fiscal
4 year ending June 30, 2022 which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary
5 appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 3952, fiscal
2 year 2022, organization 0404, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
