1 AN ACT supplementing and amending by decreasing and increasing existing items of
2 appropriations of public moneys out of the Treasury in the State Fund, General Revenue,
3 from the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Human Services, fund
4 0403, fiscal year 2022, organization 0511, by supplementing and amending the
5 appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 0403, fiscal
2 year 2022, organization 0511, be supplemented and amended by decreasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
