1 AN ACT to repeal 301.295 of the statutes; relating to: the use of billboards to
2 recruit Department of Corrections employees.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill eliminates a current law prohibition on the use of billboards by the
Department of Corrections to recruit employees.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
3 SECTION 1. 301.295 of the statutes is repealed.
