12 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to require
13 municipal zoning to allow the construction or placement of a tiny house on a
14 lot of one or more acres as a permitted use. Two tiny houses shall be a
15 permitted use on lots of two or more acres. The tiny house is not required to
16 have wastewater capacity if a single-family home is already constructed on the
17 lot and the occupant of the tiny house is related to the occupant of the single-
18 family house.
