No. R-10. Senate concurrent resolution honoring Helen Estroff of Montpelier for her outstanding public service in the executive branch, and as the Calendar Clerk of the Vermont Senate.

By All Members of the Senate,
Whereas, while operating a retail business, Helen Estroff simultaneously served in State government financial oversight positions, first in the Department of Corrections, and later at the Department of Education, and Whereas, as an adult learner, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts at Johnson State College, graduating in 2000, and Whereas, Helen Estroff became an organization and operations analyst at the Agency of Transportation, and she later assumed a more senior role as the agency’s financial and business manager, and Whereas, beginning in January 2013, and continuing through the 2022 legislative session, Helen Estroff served as the Calendar Clerk of the Vermont Senate, and Whereas, her duties focused on ensuring that the items scheduled for each legislative day’s proceedings, be they bills, amendments, resolutions, or messages from the other body, were properly sequenced, formatted, and printed in the calendar for the Senate’s orderly consideration, and she worked amicably and effectively with the senators, the staff,
and the public, and Whereas, after 34 years, Helen Estroff has concluded her commendable State government career, now therefore be it Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives:
That the General Assembly honors Helen Estroff of Montpelier for her outstanding service in the executive branch, and as the Calendar Clerk of the Vermont Senate, and be
it further Resolved: That the Secretary of State be directed to send a copy of this resolution to
Helen Estroff.
