Act No. 66 (S.115). Education; miscellaneous
An act relating to making miscellaneous changes in education laws
This act makes miscellaneous changes in education law in the following areas:
cultural liaisons; wellness program; menstrual products; Vermont Ethnic and
Social Equity Standards Advisory Working Group; Shared School District Data
Management System; roles and responsibilities of the State Board of Education
and the Agency of Education; members of the State Board of Education; and the
powers and duties of the State Board of Education. This act also creates the
Working Group on the Status of Libraries in Vermont and makes changes in law
pertaining to libraries.
