Libraries
An act relating to the printing and distribution of State publications
This act repeals and amends statutes relating to the printing and distribution of
State publications to:
• require the Secretary of State to cause a copy of the acts and resolutions
of the General Assembly to be kept as State archival records
• require the Secretary of State to designate legislative clerks to perform
enumerated functions, including the preparation and publication of a
legislative directory
• make technical corrections related to the State Library
• provide for the distribution of the Acts and Resolves and the Vermont
Statutes Annotated to enumerated State offices.
