Act No. 58 (S.7). Crimes and criminal procedures; criminal history records;
expungement
An act relating to expanding access to expungement and sealing of criminal
history records
This act makes some civil offenses eligible for petition-less expungement two
years after the satisfaction of the judgment and directs the Joint Legislative Justice
Oversight Committee to consider a policy to make all or most criminal history
records eligible for sealing or expungement (except for Big 12 offenses).
