9 This bill addresses juvenile judges.

21 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22 Section 1. Section 78A-1-104 is amended to read:
23 78A-1-104. Number of juvenile judges.
24 The number of juvenile court judges shall be:
25 (1) two juvenile judges in the First Juvenile District;
26 (2) six juvenile judges in the Second Juvenile District;
27 (3) nine juvenile judges in the Third Juvenile District;
28 (4) [five] six juvenile judges in the Fourth Juvenile District;
29 (5) three juvenile judges in the Fifth Juvenile District;

30 (6) two juvenile judges in the Sixth Juvenile District;
31 (7) two juvenile judges in the Seventh Juvenile District; and
32 (8) two juvenile judges in the Eighth Juvenile District.
