                               RESOLUTION

  Recognizing and honoring the unwavering journey of our Armed Forces
      from enlistment to their lasting contributions as veterans.

Whereas American servicemen and women have always answered our Nation's call to
        serve, standing as beacons of honor, courage, and commitment;
Whereas these brave individuals willingly pledge to support and defend the
        Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and
        domestic, placing our Country's well-being above their self-interest;
Whereas upon their initial enlistment, these individuals undergo rigorous
        training, molding their character, skills, and spirit to serve the
        Nation's highest ideals;
Whereas from the vast expanse of the skies to the frontiers of outer space, from
        the depth of the seas to the expansive stretches of land, American
        servicemen and women stand vigilant, ensuring the safety and security of
        our Nation's borders and stability around the world;
Whereas American servicemen and women protect the American way of life, and the
        sacrifices they make are profound, often risking their lives in the line
        of duty, embodying the epitome of dedication to our Country and its
        ideals;
Whereas the families and communities of our Armed Forces members provide
        unwavering support during deployments and absences, facing challenges
        and making sacrifices of their own;
Whereas, as they transition from active duty, their journey does not end but
        evolves as they reintegrate into civilian life, reuniting with families,
        and adapting to new roles;
Whereas servicemembers, upon their return to civilian life, continue to
        invigorate our Nation's economy, with hundreds of thousands standing as
        entrepreneurs and business owners, contributing billions to the United
        States GDP, fostering innovation, and providing employment to countless
        Americans;
Whereas, as veterans, they continue to enrich our communities, serving as
        mentors, leaders, and advocates, and their legacy of service lives on,
        inspiring future generations; and
Whereas we must commit to ensuring that the resources, assistance, and honor
        befitting such service are readily available to our servicemembers,
        veterans, and their families: Now, therefore, be it
    Resolved, That the House of Representatives--
            (1) extends its deepest gratitude to those who have and are
        currently serving our Nation; and
            (2) commits unwaveringly to ensuring that any and all
        resources be made available to our servicemembers, veterans,
        and their families by guaranteeing--
                    (A) assistance in both finding and retaining
                fulfilling employment opportunities;
                    (B) enhanced access to quality educational and
                training opportunities tailored to the needs of our
                veterans, current servicemembers, and their families;
                    (C) access to top-tier health care and medical
                treatment;
                    (D) comprehensive support and resources for
                addressing stress, trauma, and mental health
                challenges; and
                    (E) economic stability for our military families,
                through measures such as increasing allowances for
                lodging, per diem funds, and quality childcare
                services.
